How to add and remove committee members when a new committee is inducted at the AGM.
Remove resigning members
A current administrator should email us on contact@hellostrata.com with the names of members to be removed from the strata plan. If the administrator is also leaving, they can let us know which members to assign as administrator.
Add new members
Our support team will receive your email and mark the resigning members as inactive. If they get re-elected in future they can be activated again. Now an administrator can invite new members via email.
Handover existing issues
Once the newly invited members have created an account they will have visibility of all the previous support requests and conversations in progress on Hello Strata.
