Being a strata plan administrator

How admins can manage access to your strata plan on Hello Strata.

What does admin mean?

An administrator is able to add and remove members to a strata plan. Administrators have ‘admin’ marked beside their name in the team list and have access to a button below the list to invite further members.

We intend to automate the process of removing a member in future, but administrators can email us on contact@hellostrata.com to remove members.

Who is an administrator?

The user who created the strata plan is automatically an admin. Likewise any team member invited with the role strata manager or building manager is also an admin.

Want to assign more admins?

Sure, have a current administrator email us on contact@hellostrata.com with the names of members to be assigned as admin.

What if someone adds our strata plan again?

When a new strata plan is added on Hello Strata, our system will check for duplicates. If a duplicate is found, we automatically email the creator of that strata plan to check if the person creating the duplicate should be invited.
