Getting your building on Hello Strata

How to get your building on Hello Strata and familiarise yourself with it before inviting other committee members.

Create an account

Any committee representative can create an account and add a strata plan to Hello Strata in less than 3 minutes. The strata plan will be uniquely identified by its street address in our system.

Try it first

You can then familiarise yourself with Hello Strata before committing to inviting your committee and/or your strata/building manager. We recommend getting agreement at a regular meeting to move your communication to Hello Strata.

Invite your fellow committee members

When you’re ready, select the group icon top right on your strata plan’s dashboard and add committee members and/or strata/building managers at any time. Each person you add will get an email invite to create an account.

Administrators on Hello Strata

You’ll notice some team members have ‘admin’ marked beside their name. The user who created the strata plan is automatically an admin.

Current admins can invite others. To remove members or change who is an admin, current administrators can email us on contact@hellostrata.com.
