Accepted attachments in Hello Strata

Types of files you can add to a support request to help you manage it from start to completion.

Photos

On the attachments page, select the camera icon to attach an image from your gallery or take a new photo with your camera. On your laptop or desktop computer, you’ll be able to select images stored on your hard drive.

Documents

The document upload will accept PDF, Microsoft Word and Excel files as commonly used to distribute letters, notices, quotes and reports.

Can’t upload a file?
