Raising matters on Hello Strata
A support request allows you to raise, discuss and manage matters requiring attention on your strata property.
Set a snappy title
On your strata plan’s dashboard, select the + button to raise a support request. In as little words as possible, name the issue so it can be uniquely identified.
Add further details
In order to keep the title short and easy to scan on your dashboard, you have the option to elaborate on the matter with a multi-line description.
Add attachments
If relevant, add attachments such as photos. Over time, attachments can be removed and added as required - i.e. quotes and invoices.
